Legal Club as an Employee Benefit

Legal Club of America® is the nation's premier provider of comprehensive Legal Plans and customizable Identity Theft solutions. Legal Club’s programs are available as both a Voluntary Payroll Deduction Product or as an Employer Paid Program.

With thousands of participating attorney firms in all 50 States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, our members enjoy access to the largest, professionally managed network of its kind. Our qualified plan attorneys average 19.4 years of experience and provide our members with free and discounted legal care. In addition, they have contracted to charge no more than $125.00 per hour, or 40% off their usual and customary hourly rate, whichever is greater, for legal care that goes beyond the free and discounted services. The national average is $221.00 per hour.

Legal Club has been marketing the Family Legal Plan for many years. During that time, it became apparent that member’s legal needs were generally accompanied by other issues that required the assistance of a professional. As such, Legal Club created the Family Protection Plan (FPP). The FPP provides members with access to free and discounted care, provided by a nationwide network of pre-qualified professionals, in each of the following areas: Legal Care, Identity Theft Restoration, Tax Preparation and Advice, Financial Education and Credit Counseling, and Personal Counseling.
