Information For AgentsLegal Club of America is the nation's premier discount legal referral program. With thousands of participating attorney firms in all 50 States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, our members enjoy access to the largest, professionally managed network of its kind. Legal Club's plans are marketed by many of the nation's leading worksite marketing organizations, insurance carriers, consulting houses and general agencies around the country. Some of our distribution partners include: Aon Corporation, BenefitVision, Univers, Workplace Benefits, Marsh, Willis and Trustmark Life. Our legal product is extremely unique in the fact that it is NOT insurance in any of the 50 states, thus providing complete continuity for your clients and making it unnecessary for agents to have to license to sell our programs. Not being insurance also means that our products do not have any of the red tape, exclusions and limitations that legal expense insurance programs have. Our plan has no limitations on usage, no waiting periods, no claims forms to fill out and no pre-existing condition exclusions. We encourage usage and as such have a 93% retention rate. Our product is the most affordable, comprehensive plan in the country, which includes a network of plan attorneys that is almost three times larger than any other plan available. Our plan is competitively priced so as to not compete with your insurance products but rather to be the perfect compliment to your re-enrollment efforts. Become a Legal Club AgentAgents that register to market Legal Club products will be provided with support from our Agent Services Department. Each registered agent will be required to go through an initial training, which can be done on line and/or over the phone with our Agent Services Administrator. A link to our Agent Training Presentation is provided on the navigation bar at the top. Agents also have online access to our forms and literature making it easy to have the right information at the right time. Sample Proposals and product sheets are available by clicking on each link or going to Agent Resources on the navigation bar to the left. An online Literature Request link is made available to provide agents with additional marketing material.
