The company's flagship product is the Legal Club Family Legal Plan, a nationwide discount legal referral service that provides members access to a network of thousands of attorneys that contract to provide members with free and discounted legal care.

Legal Club has been marketing the Family Legal Plan for many years. During that time, it became apparent that member’s legal needs were generally accompanied by other issues that required the assistance of a professional. As such, Legal Club created the Family Protection Plan (FPP). The FPP provides members with access to free and discounted care, provided by a nationwide network of pre-qualified professionals, in each of the following areas:

Today, Legal Club possesses one of the most expansive distribution networks in the country. Thousands of captured and independent agents carry the Family Legal Plan as a seamless part of their voluntary benefits portfolio. Legal Club's legal plans are unique in the fact that they are not insurance in all 50 states. As such, our marketing partners don't have to be licensed to sell Legal Club products, and the products maintain their continuity across the country. Additionally, Legal Club products have no limitations on usage, no pre-existing condition exclusions and no waiting periods before usage is permitted. More importantly, Legal Club's proprietary attorney network is the only one in the country that caps its hourly rate at $125.00 per hour, or 40% off the attorney's usual and customary hourly rate - whichever is greater.
